do work out ? and for how long ? i'm doing approx 2hrs a day sometimes more ~
I work out 6 days a week. Most of my workouts have cardio and strengh incorporated. I usually do about 30 - 90 minutes depending on what my workouts for the day are.
i work out every day at 5am, 5x/week and i workout hard. my workouts can't be too long because i workout before work so i do interval training/lifting to maximize my caloric burn.

6 days a week from 20mins to an 1.5hrs- i lift weights and run as well as Kickboxing, aerobics etc
it varies on what days i do what...and i really think the 20 mins is a great amount a time since i really kick my butt

I started P90X so about an hour a day every day. I also do the stretch day on Sunday due to my not being very flexible. I am also restarting my Map my Run Program so I will be fitting in runs in the afternoon. I signed up for a few training programs on Map my Run and would like to do a marathon in Sept. pending how I do on the half marathon in June.
