You can try jumping rope, jumping jacks, or stair climbing. I don't have a jump rope, but I pretend. I also to high knees, butt kicks, jump squats.

lunges, squats, stretches, knee-ups etc.
i wwarm up for about 5mins of this and then i go right into my workout. cardio fo rme is running (when it's warm out) or insanity/insanity asylum.

I walk with dh every evening before or after dinner. We walk at least half an hour (no timer) but usually more, often for an hour.
