Ok, so I am going to start today, right now... to try to lose about 50lbs...

I am 5ft2 and I weigh 183...

This picture was taken on halloween... and I dont look big... but I feel it... I work third shift... so I will start entries about my food later... I will be waking up and having a salad with a small bit of italian dressing though, and water... I will be drinking a TON of water... Maybe I can have DH start losing weight with  me... or atleast try!! :)

So here is to losing weight... *holds glass of water up*

So, I have been eating healtier and smaller portions... nothing yet... no loss, just blah... I have a thyroid disease that MAY be a factor in my issues... but... time will tell... :-/ I will do anything to lose this weight... exercise is hard, I have a pinched nerve in my back which makes even walking a challenge on some days... :(

You can still do this. I don't have thyroid problems but I do have pcos which also causes slow weight loss. I'm doing it and so can you. Just don't give up
