REALLY??

I have a half marathon tomorrow morning.  I have been looking forward to it for weeks, been training, all that.  I woke up this morning with my head in a vice, cough, clogged sinuses, sinus headache...  REALLY???

I had to cancel THREE races last year thanks to injury.  This is supposed to be my first road race since then (I did one trail race in October).  I am SO frustrated.  I REALLY want to run it anyway.  I guess I'll have to see how I feel in the morning.  I'm so torn.  If it were a shorter race, I'd just go, no biggie.  But 13.1 miles with a foggy head...  I'll be so angry if I can't do it.

Hugs!!! I'm sorry! I had to cancel 2 races last year...one due to injury and one due to Brady being in the hospital. I know you're frustrated! Take it easy tonight and see how you feel in the morning!

I hate that for you! If it were me I would rest today and take some meds and then at least go attempt it tomorrow, even if u have to walk some. Hope you're feeling good enough to run tomorrow!

Thanks, guys! I took some Sudafed today which made a big difference, so I'm hoping it'll make all the difference tomorrow, too. I just need to up my water intake to make up for it. Off to get some sleep! Here's to feeling amazing in the morning!!
