I've come a long way in my weight lose (-80 pounds) but I need to tone badly and the past few months I've gotten the winter slumps and have done nothing! I have been good the past few days but working out in doors is just something I struggle with. My favorite exercise is rollerblading... Typically 8 miles daily but I live in WI and the ground is icey and snowy. So I need help :p and could use some more MyFitnessPal friends to keep me motivated.

I also would like to slowly do more "clean" eating. So if there's any clean eaters here who could coach me in that area I'd really appreciate it!
