Im wondering if kool aid counts as water. i make it but only use 1/2 a cup of sugar per 2 packets. I love flavors but don't want to use fruits and veggies.to makeep flavored water and can't use crystal light as im still nursing.

Yes, but be aware that the sugar can make you retain water, much like sodium. Not to mention all the chemicals in that crap. I'd really encourage you to ditch Koolaide and Crystal Light entirely if possible.

I agree I would ditch the koolaid and crystal light and try using lemons, limes or fresh fruit for flavor
