Rest day today (super bowl party) but I didn't see u post this yesterday and I did a 10 mile run plus 2 mile walk yesterday

I am getting ready to do 6 week six-pack. I am having trouble getting amped up for my workouts this week. AF should be here soon and my energy is way down, my cravings are way up and I feel like someone used my boobs as a punching bag! Lol.
