Frustrated with myself today!
I posted about 2 weeks or so ago asking for opinions on Turbo Jam vs. Zumba. Well....I ended up with Shaun T's Rockin' Body (I borrowed it from my mom). I've been doing it for a week now and so far I love it, it's the first time pretty much ever that I've worked out consistently for a week. I've already lost an inch and a half off my waist and about 2 lbs. I'm not really interested so much in weight loss as I am losing my mom pouch, ha. But anywho, Sundays are supposed to be "rest days" on this program but since this is Super Bowl Sunday and I'll be going to a party this evening with a ton of yummy food I figured I'd work out today also. I only got through about 15 minutes of it and now I'm super frustrated. All week long I've been able to do the workouts all the way through without stopping which is a first for me and now I didn't even last halfway through, wth? I know it's probably not that big of a deal, everybody has off days I guess. I just want to be able to walk on the beach in my bikini by summer! lol
