I hate water.

I have hypothyroid. I have been doing some research on how to loose weight with this problem. Not only do I need to stay active for longer than a normal person I also need to drink even more water. I can't even make it to the 8 cups a day how in the heck am I supposed to drink even more than that. I have quit drinking soda and I usually drink one glass of milk a day. I will trink one or two glasses of water a day. I am probably not drinking enough of anything to even keep my hydrated much less to help we loose wieght.

How do I manage to choke down 10 cups of water a day when I can't stand to drink it?

I also don't like water but I got told not to put in crystal light.  Oh I just notice it says iced tea. I don't know if that still good to drink ?

There are other flavors and they have 0g of sugar.

I like to put a little lemon juice and stevia and make a pitcher of stevia lemonade...it helps break the monotony.  Also raspberries, cucumbers, lime juice....help add a little flavor to water.

Green tea!! I like green tea with mint. It is actually pretty tasty! If you add in 2 cups of that per day, you'll get your water plus the benefits of green tea. I've read that it helps boost the metabolism.
