I have hypothyroid. I have been doing some research on how to loose weight with this problem. Not only do I need to stay active for longer than a normal person I also need to drink even more water. I can't even make it to the 8 cups a day how in the heck am I supposed to drink even more than that. I have quit drinking soda and I usually drink one glass of milk a day. I will trink one or two glasses of water a day. I am probably not drinking enough of anything to even keep my hydrated much less to help we loose wieght.
How do I manage to choke down 10 cups of water a day when I can't stand to drink it?
