I definitely see a difference in what no activity has done and what a week of 60 minutes of cardio and eating no more than 1200 calories has done!

This week I'm adding in lifting weights. So I'm excited!

Update! I just weighed myself 6.2lbs down!

 Go girl!! You got this!! Where did you buy weights or are you going to the gym? I am looking fo rsome good, but affordable weights and really don't know where to start.

My apartment complex has a gym that I take advantage of! I may buy some free weights here soon so I can use them at home when I do like crunches and squats and stuff.

Mainly just the gym though

Awesome! I think you'll see a lot more progress when you add weights, I definitely saw more results when I did weight training than just cardio. Good work so far though, keep it up!!
