Losing inches finally!

As some of you know, I began this weight loss journey in April 2012. I've lost 103 pounds total, and still have 16-18 to go till my goal. I haven't lost anything for a month or so, but noticed my 12's getting loose. So I tried on a 10 not really confident they'd fit.... But they did. Very well. I am a little in shock and very glad! Now if only the scale would start moving again, too! Lol. I'll post a before pic in replies.

Before: 268 (was my biggest), size 24
Current: 165, size 10!

congrats!  doesn't it almost seem as if the inches don't budge for a while and then boom! it all falls off at once. 

that happened to me too; i was looking and waiting and watching and nothing... then i sort of forgot about focusing on it for a while and when i looked again, i was all "where is all the fat? where did it go? are those abs??" LOL
