Heart Rate Monitor Data (fitness vs fat burn)

I just got a polar ft7 last week and need some help interpreting the data.

So who wants to explain to me the difference between fitness and fat burn?

Do I want more minutes in fitness or fat burn to lose weight?

Fitness means you're working at a higher level. I always have way more fitness minutes, but it really just depends on what level you want to work at.
