When I first started out at the beginning of the year I weighed an embarrassing 185 lbs. now as of this morning I have lost 13 lbs and am down to 172! I still have a long way to go to get to my goal weight. My birthday is next week so ill be 33. And I'm still nursing. It is getting less and less but she still wants to. I just can't wait to get to my goal.
If anyone gets a chance could someone double check my calories for me. I tried doing it this morning myself but I'd just like to make sure I'm on the right track.
Im 33. 5'2" 172lbs. Nursing my 13 mth old dd. and doing p90x 7 days a week. ( on the rest day I still do the stretch video). But that's all I'm doing.
