So I weighed in this morning and was 137.4lbs! A week and a half ago I was 143.something. I had been consistantly weighing from 142-144 and now I am finally under 140! Woohoo! In the past week and half I cut out soda completely and have been drinking only water with 1 cup of coffee a day. I cut out fried foods (except last night I did cave :(..), Doing insanity etc. Woohoo!
Goal is 116, I just started trying to loose weight. :)
