Cholesterol and sodium is high... Which is what I need to watch so I don't think it's good for me but idk

What is it?? What is the ingredient list? 

Sodium is high...you never want the sodium to be higher than the calories, although that can be difficult to do...

I guess it would depend on what it was. 2 tbsp of peanut butter has 160 calories, some fat and sodium, but it is a good, quick protein.

What kind of chicken manages to have more sodium than calories????  I buy whole chickens or bone in leg quarters and go from there.  :-)

yea I was going to say protein is high, but sodium is high. I was willing to bet it was some kind of prepackaged meat.
