I put a roast in the crock pot this morning. We'll have carrots and potatoes with it.

I don't know yet. I might make sloppy joes. I make mine with ground turkey, shredded carrots or sweet potato puree and diced peppers. It's healthy enough that I can eat it(on top of steamed or sauteed veggies) and the kids will eat it too.

Debating whether to make the salmon I had planned or just do leftovers.  I'm leaning toward the latter, just to get through some of them!  I hate to waste food.  I've planned out the meals for the next two weeks (SOOOO glad I started doing that again!!), but apparently I hadn't planned out enough leftover nights!  LOL  =)

I made chocolate chili (it has cocoa powder in it, but it doesn't taste like chocolate)... my kids asked for seconds.  That's rare.  I'm lucky to get them to eat dinner at all.
