What to eat

I had some leftover chili in the freezer. So I heated that up for supper tonight. I don't want to cook, since I cooked during lunch. Well there was only enough for the kids and myself. Well my daughter decided she was going to dump hers all over the floor. So she ate mine. Now I really have no clue what to eat. Am I hungry? Not really. But I know that I need to eat at least something. My question is, what all do you like to eat when you don't feel like cooking?

We have no eggs or milk. Banana, yes. I could do that with peanut butter.
