I know its not much but I'm HAPPY!!! It's over a course of 2 months because I slipped...a lot. Mostly with the workouts but my diet has completely transformed:) I'm getting better and better at NOT eating junk food and not craving it too. We ditched pretty much all processed foods and have not had ANY pop. I've even inspired my mom to eat smart:)
