I haven't checked in since my move
I lost 33 pounds in 4 months! I'm feeling really good about it! Here is my before pic
and my after pics from a few days ago, I am down to 134 and still want to loose 15-20 hopefully by summer!
I have been good about remembering to eat something small and high in protein ever few hours. I alternate between ostrish jerky, Medifast bars and brownies when I feel the need for sweets, chicken breast,fresh salad, and fresh veggies and fish.
