My mom posted a pic on facebook. Turns out she didn't mean to post it there so I feel bad for her. But anyway, it was a pic of her in a bikini and she was rockin' that bikini and had a flat belly with some definite definition going on in her abs! Now I knew she had buff arms but I never would have thought her tummy looked like that at 48 and a mom of 4!!! And grandma of 4. So maybe after I reach my awesome arms goal I'll have to shoot for a grandma abs!
