We did ground to overheads at the end of the workout tonight and I did 65 pounds!! The most I've done overhead to date is 45#! I thought my trainer was crazy when she told me to RX at 65#! But she was right...I could do it! It was tough but I did it! I'm so proud! :)
For those of you who don't know what it is you can google ground to overhead and find a video. But it's basically bringing the bar up to the rack position and then straight up over your head.
