Losing baby weight after loss.
To introduce myself.....I am 22 and 6 weeks ago I lost my twin girls at 21 weeks. I am reaching out to everyone to help with ways to lose the baby pudge (belly region mainly) and tone up. I was so sick most the pregnancy I didn't exercise at all so my muscles have suffered.
I hope to lose no more than 10 pounds I'm 5'9 and 152 right now. I hope to get between 142-145 and toned toned toned!!!
I would LOVE all the help I can get :) I've started working out but feel like I wonder more than workout and I've improved my diet to be more healthy!
