2 moms liked this

I got rid of my scale, I was weighing myself everyday and sometimes through out the day!

Now it is gone!

I will now only weigh once a week on my coach's scale!!

goodThat's a great idea!  Sometimes, we are so focused on the scale that we become stressed. Stress is sometimes the culprit or enemy and won't let us lose weight.  I would focus more on what you're doing such as how you're eating and exercising to meet your goals. Have fun in the process. The weight will shift, and you will reach your goals.  Just be patient.

Great job! I wish I had the courage. I weigh every morning. I can't stand not knowing how what I did the day before affects my weight

I don't have a scale for that very reason, I'd weigh myself all the time. I don't wanna be a slave to the scale so I don't weigh myself. I'm only measuring.

I have a scale, but I intentionally do not use it.  I know that if I do, I'll drive myself crazy, whether the number is 'good' or 'bad.'  Instead, I just go by how my clothes fit.  In fact, the last couple years, I've only found out my actual weight when I go to the doctor.

Great! I find that weighing once a month allows me tov focus on healthy eating.
