I got rid of my scale, I was weighing myself everyday and sometimes through out the day!
Now it is gone!
I will now only weigh once a week on my coach's scale!!

That's a great idea! Sometimes, we are so focused on the scale that we become stressed. Stress is sometimes the culprit or enemy and won't let us lose weight. I would focus more on what you're doing such as how you're eating and exercising to meet your goals. Have fun in the process. The weight will shift, and you will reach your goals. Just be patient.

I've been trying to wait 2 weeks between...though sometimes I only make it a few days

That's great! The scale can definitely sabotage your weight lose goals!

I have a scale, but I intentionally do not use it. I know that if I do, I'll drive myself crazy, whether the number is 'good' or 'bad.' Instead, I just go by how my clothes fit. In fact, the last couple years, I've only found out my actual weight when I go to the doctor.
