ive done 20 mins sweating sexy and im about to do day 4 of 30 ds and ill probably do shred it with weights cuz i just got it in the mail!

So far 40 mins shoveling.sad part is one I got done the first part looked like it wasn't even shoveled LOL will be doing more later
And I'm going to do 40 mins of yoga today too.

50 crunches, 20 pushups (hardest thing ever, and I almost didn't make it), and did a 2 minute wall sit, and bench pressed my toddler, who is 35lbs. lol.

And a walk possibly later if the weather clears up. Its super windy right now.

I ran 2 miles on the treadmill. Did some planks, squats, and crunches on the exercise ball. I wanted to run more but my ankle is still really weak from spraining it, and I ran until I just couldnt anymore.
