insanity upper body weight interval training - a killer!
3 mile run with 30lbs
8 rounds boxing w/ focus mitts
30 minute ridiculous KB workout from mens health
And I'm going to do 40 mins of yoga today too.
50 crunches, 20 pushups (hardest thing ever, and I almost didn't make it), and did a 2 minute wall sit, and bench pressed my toddler, who is 35lbs. lol.
And a walk possibly later if the weather clears up. Its super windy right now.
I ran 2 miles on the treadmill. Did some planks, squats, and crunches on the exercise ball. I wanted to run more but my ankle is still really weak from spraining it, and I ran until I just couldnt anymore.
