Just want to share my discovery. :-)
5 baby carrots
1 cup of baby spinach
1/2 a banana
5 slices of frozen strawberries
1/2 a hass avocado
Ice and water to texture
It made 24 oz of smoothie. I didn't like it at first, but I made it so I drank it. I stuck the other half in the fridge and just finished it. It's perfect when cold!!! I'm full right now and I just knocked out my days veggies (I did right?) in a shake. I feel good lol.
My next adventure will have oranges, carrots, and water to make a smoothie. Sounds like a yummy mix.
Any other mixes I should try? I'm not big on straight fruit smoothies. I'm looking for filling and kinda sweet which means veggies with a fruit highlight. It feels so good to be full on the good stuff :-)
