So I have been having problems with meals. But I think I actually did good this time! Let me know. It is grilled chicken mixed with cauliflower, broccoli, and Brussel sprouts. (I sprayed the pan with 0 calorie 0 fat cooking spray and cooked the vegetables that way. And yep I burned it, that's the yummiest way :) lol) I was so proud I took a picture!


Man, my grout is kind of dirty....I'll get on that lol. Anyways, how is this one?

(Oh and if you're worried about your grout, use vinegar and a scrub brush or old toothbrush...works wonders!)

Dude..I was asleep when you posted this! LOL  I hit the sack at 9:30 last night and slept until 6:55 when the monsters got up and came in my room asking if it was time to get up. 

Good job! Those are a great combination! Have you tried roasting veggies? I put brussels sprouts, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and herbs in a pan and roast them at 400 for about 15-20 minutes and they are fantastic.. I also use olive oil in there for fat. 

Be sure you are getting healthy fats. It's ok to cook with the spray, but your body does need healthy fats like olive oil, nuts, nut butter, coconut oil, ghee ( clarified butter) and avocadoes.
