I've never really had high blood pressure, it's typically 120/80 and they say "that's perfect"

We have an at-home BP monitor (it's my FIL's but he let us borrow it) and the past few times I checked, it's been a lot lower. Today it was 100/69

So going to the gym, while I'm not really losing anything, weight or inches, I am getting healthier.

I'm aiming for at least 400 miles in 2013 and to lose 45 pounds, watch me reach my goal
