Today was grocery shopping day. I looked at all the labels for everything and everything I bought was as minimal ingredients as possible. This is with the exception of whole grain pasta which had a few more ingredients, but none of them were anything I didn't know. I chose pasta sauce with few ingredients and without added sugar. Tons of fresh foods (kiwi, red pepper, jalapeño, cucumber, cauliflower, red onion, bananas, kale, and carrots). I bought a light salad dressing that was olive oil based (normally I use regular ranch) and I swapped out my regular mayonnaise for light mayo. I think I did pretty good. Gradually replacing all my high in fat processed foods for fresh, cleaner foods.
