I think I did pretty good at the store...

Today was grocery shopping day. I looked at all the labels for everything and everything I bought was as minimal ingredients as possible. This is with the exception of whole grain pasta which had a few more ingredients, but none of them were anything I didn't know. I chose pasta sauce with few ingredients and without added sugar. Tons of fresh foods (kiwi, red pepper, jalapeƱo, cucumber, cauliflower, red onion, bananas, kale, and carrots). I bought a light salad dressing that was olive oil based (normally I use regular ranch) and I swapped out my regular mayonnaise for light mayo. I think I did pretty good. Gradually replacing all my high in fat processed foods for fresh, cleaner foods.

I would try to cut down on the mayo in general, but it sounds like you're doing good (I still eat mayo, just try to only put a little on)

I rarely use mayo, less than once a week I'd say. Usually when I need a new one it's because my old one expired lol. I don't have much I need it for, maybe mixing a little with tuna.

Same here- I use it so rarely that I use the "bad" stuff!

Great job on your shopping trip, mama!!
