Today i have decided to get serious!!! i AM gonna lose 10 to 15 lbs i am determined.. by dieting and walking what is a good time to set my goal for. im thinkin my bday which is april 19 is that too long or too soon?
It really depends on how close you are to your goal. I think you could get there if you're strict about hwo you eat and with a good exercise regimen, just be sure to make permanent changes you can stick with so the results are permanent! =) Good luck!

I'm 5'4 or 5'5" not sure and about 135 on a GOOD day. i'd be happy with 125! so ten lbs would be ok! good luck we can do it!!!
