Local Japanese express place has a low carb steak/shrimp dinner which is De-Lish. I'm trying to calculate calories and carbs for the dish but having trouble finding it. It has zuchini, carrots, mushrooms and broccoli and of course the shrimp sauce. Help please

I'd look online, but really, unless you can find their specific info somewhere, you'll be making a guess.  Unless you know every ingredient, you can't get a totally accurate count.

If you're doing low carb, you're not supposed to worry about calories, right?

I'm not doing a low carb diet it just happens to be what they call that dish cause it comes with the vegs instead of the rice.

Yeah the don't have a web site so I found something similar on mfp but its just a guess.  Wish there was a way I could be sure how close I am.

How big of a serving? Cooked in oil or steamed? I can try to do a very rough estimate

They do it on the grill top. I see them using oil but I don't know what kind. Guess I should have asked. I split it into 2 meals cause it looks like about 6 oz steak and 6-7 oz shrimp
