I tried to figure it out for both me and my fiance but i want to double check them.

Mine:
26 years old
5'7"
230 pounds
Working out 6 days a week

Fiance:
35 years old
5'9"
175 pounds
Working out 6 days a week

BMR: 1848

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week ( 6 is for athletes): 1848*1.55=2864

To lose 1 lb per week: 2864-500=2364

Your ideal calorie range is 1848-2364 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week. 

Fiance: 

BMR: 1794

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week ( 6 is for athletes): 1794*1.55=2780

To lose 1 lb per week: 2780-500=2280

His ideal calorie range is 1794-2280 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.
