Since I made my lifestyle change. I've lost about 15lbs since January 26th. I am so proud of myself.

Working out 6 days a week, mainly cardio. Eating between 1200-1500 calories a day. Lots of water.

I don't, lol. I go for an hour sometimes more and that's it.
