the food itself is ok except for the raisins. sub in ground cinnamon.
as long as you track what you eat, are eating within your caloric range for weight loss, you will be good.
btw, i eat oatmeal every morning! amazing fiber content and so good for you :) i eat overnight oats in a jar and it's so yummy!!
And having the raisins on top every once and a while aint going to hurt nothing. As long as portioned :)
Oatmeal is one of the recommended breafasts byt he bariatric clinic. It's great as long as you don't put in a bunch of sugar.
Good meal! The soluble fiber is great for keeping you full and lowering cholesterol, and the walnuts offer some healthy fats.
