Trail run!  First one in, like, a month.  I can't believe it's been so long, and I can't wait to get out there!!!  I think I'm going to do a route that's about 7.5 miles.

Went back to the gym for the first time in 3 weeks... I managed a 3 mile run and that was it. It is pouring here today and I swear that everyone was at the gym..there was not 1 empty piece of equipment upstairs or downstairs...the free weights and weight machines were packed as well.
