Just did mine when I got home from work! I usually wait till kids go to bed to work out but then I make excuses because I'm too tired. So kids did it with me, it was too cute! I feel really tired but proud I did it! I like this check in, it keeps me accountable.

We can do it!

today was day 5 for me.. had sat and sun as rest days.. but yes day ones hard day two was super killer!!! but then everyday after that has been great! idk if you ate before hand but i found, for me at least, if i give myself at least an hr after eating it makes the workout easier and i dont feel sick..

done for today :) i do the shred monday, tuesday and wednesday since thursday and friday are my soccer nights and we do a family hike saturday and/or sunday
