I think I'm going to try these Pork Chops with Dijon Herb Sauce from skinnytaste. They look pretty good!
we turned to pinterest and tried burrito burgers. ground turkey with a little bit of shredded cheese, spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms wrapped inside a low calorie tortilla. not bad at all.
We kept it simple. Tuna fish sandwhiches. Tuna fish was made with celery and pickles. =)
