Child weights...

Anyone else use their kid in their workout, lol?

I bench press my kid, and then throw him over my shoulder to do squats, lol.

Hes only 19 months, so its easy to pick him up, but MAN, the extra 35lbs makes a difference....I'm so sore.

LOL.  I did a few push ups with my 4 1/2 year old on my back.  She is 37lbs.  Usually she would rather work out WITH me (along side me) though.

No I just use weights at crossfit but I had to say, holy cow your 19 month old weighs 35lbs!?!? My kids must be tiny then! My dd who turns 4 in 2 months weighs 30 lbs even and my ds who turns 5 in two months weights 33lbs! You have a future linebacker on your hands! Lol :)

Other than him working out with me, I'm not using him as a weight... my son's 65 pounds

That would not work with me since my boys are 17 and 12. Wish I had thought of that when they were babies though.

Yeah, he's almost 40 inches...most people think he's 3yrs old, lol. He's a big baby. But that's normal in my family, everyone but me, is 6'0 and up, and skinny, and I got the short end of the genes and I'm stuck at 5'5 lol. He's going to tower over me by the time he's 10 lol.

I have, but he doesn't weigh enough to be much of a challenge for me anymore!  But he does do DVDs and other activities with me, so that's awesome!
