Got dumped yesterday, so no gym for me this morning, lots and lots of crying done today. Abs are hurting, does that count?

I thought yesterday was a rest day...apparently it was supposed to be today. Sooo...I'll be doing yesterday's workout "pure cardio and cardio abs" with Insanity.
