I LOVE it!!! I do it on the treadmill and my speed has increased by .5 or .6 mph in three weeks and I'm able to actually run for longer than 30 seconds now. I'm excited to see if I can really run for 30 mins by the time I'm done.

I did 60 minutes of strength training at home.  lunges, squats, overhead press, chest press, planks, etc, etc, etc.  it was awesome ;)

I plan on going for a jog in the park and then starting my jillian michaels 30 day shred.
