Hi everyone, I am new here.

I started my weight loss journey 3 weeks ago. I was given a prescription appetite suppressant by my physician, to give me a start. I have serious issues with overeating, due to depression, and this was to help curb my desire to grab and munch all day/night long. So far it has helped- I have gone from 339 pounds to 319 pounds (as of Monday), and from a 24W to a 22W. I no longer feel bloated like before, I have more engery than before, and I can now get up and move easier and without gasping for air. The pains in my arm and chest have once again stopped.

I watch what  I eat, I stay between 1500-1700 calories a day. I eat relatively healthy foods, and I do have a "cheat day" once every other week.

I hope this weight loss will continue, and I am anxious to share my milestones with everyone. Thank you!

Welcome!  You can do it!  I know it can be tough when you're looking at big numbers, but just take it one pound at a time.  Helped me lose over 100 lbs without getting too overwhelmed!  =)
