FOOD DIARY 2-12-13

BREAKFAST:

1 cup Great Grains Protein Blend, Cinnamon Hazelnut cereal

1 cup Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Almond milk

LUNCH:

16 oz V8 Berry Blend Fruit Drink

4 oz Dole Strawberry Shakers Fruit Smoothie

DINNER:

1/4 lb grilled hamburger on a WW bun with pickles

10 crinkle cut french fries

SNACK:

Special K Brownie Bites

FITNESS JOURNAL 2-12-13

Wii Just Dance-30 minutes

Walked my dog 10 minutes

Welch's fruit smoothie made with 1 cup almond milk and 1/4 cup V8 V-Fusion acai berry blend

SNACK:

1/2 cup shelled pistachios

LUNCH:

Lunchables Chicken strips

SNACK:

2 Dark chocolate Milano cookies

Dinner:

2 homemade beef taco's with cheese and low fat sour cream

Calorie count for the day is 1409

6 oz steak

Herb and butter rice
