Ok I guess writing about my workouts will keep me motivated!
my goal is to lose 40lbs before having a second baby. With my son I gained 60 lbs and need to work it off before I look at having another baby. I'm hoping that getting back to where I was pre-wedding will encourage me to stay on top of things for the second pregnancy. In the past year I have lost 20, but now I seem to be stuck at the last 40.
I currently do 2 days a week mega moms class and three jogging at the indoor track. For the past five weeks I've only dropped one pound!! Argggg!! It's a little unmotivating.
I'm doing a weigh in every two weeks if you want to join my weigh ins feel free!
oh and I'm doing my first 5k run on Mother's Day with my son. Hopefully a new healthy tradition!
