What do you do when you are to busy to eat and to tired to work out? Also, due to 11 food allergies my daughter has, there is a LOT of things we cannot have in the house. We have tried the whole our food her food thing and it ends badly.

our milk is soy or coconut, our meats are chicken or turkey, fruits and veggies are ok. No nuts or peanuts. no garlic, white potatoes, oats, barley, corn, dairy, beef, pork, eggs.
