Welcome to the group! 

Being healthy means eating well, drinking water and exercising. 

If you eat cleanly- no processed foods, lean proteins, tons of produce and if you choose- whole grains and dairy that will pretty much take care of eating in a healthful manner. 

Staying healthy- eating well, drinking water and adding exercise which helps your whole body.

What, clair said. eat very healthy; fruits, veges, maybe some chicken. drink lots of water, exercise.
