So, I finally hit my first weight loss goal which was to get out of the 240's. WOOT! HOWEVER, for some reason, I can't stop eating everything in sight... which means I am pretty much undoing my hard work. : /
I need to get healthy snacks in this house. Something easy to grab. I REALLY need to get rid of pepsi. That is my downfall. It's a horrible addiction that I have. I drink it like I should be drinking water.
We leave on vacation in 4 months. I really want to be under 200 by then. With a lot of hard work and dedication, I think I can lose this 39 pounds by then. Heres to hoping!
