I have been REALLY good for 2 weeks, no soda AT ALL, and it's my biggest weakness. I have also met my calories everyday, carbs, proteins and fat. Today SS is having a sleepover and they opted to have pizza for dinner. Against my better judgement I had a few slices, and because you can't pizza without soda, I had a glass too. I am only over my calorie limit by 100 or so. But I feel very satisfied. I might allow myself a cheat day once or twice a month, that way I don't feel so deprived.
