TDEE(daily calories to maintain weight) 2811
TDEE with a cut of 20% -- 2249
With a 10% cut -- 2530

I used 5'7"...
BMR:1598
Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week:2476
To lose 1lb per week:2476-500=1976
Your ideal calorie range is 1598-1976 calories per day to lose 1lb per week.
