ICE SKATING TONIGHT WITH MY DAUGHTER
I have accomplished 30 minute am workout, 30 minute afternoon workout, and I will complete a 30 minute evening workout
After work I will do Insanity: Plymetric Cardio circuit followed by a 2 mile run followed by my 0-100 push up app (proabably only 20 push ups today).
did a zumba class this morning- and I think I'm gonna go to the hip hop cardio class later (have not tried it yet- but I guess some of the songs are the same ones we already do in her zumba class)
