Examples please?

So I spoke to a personal trainer and she said to eat 6 small meals a day. Can you give me an example of 1 days worth of food, including snacks?

Example: 

Breakfast = Egg/egg white omelet and 1/2 grapefruit

Snack = Yogurt with berries and nuts or seeds

Lunch = Chicken wrap and carrot sticks

Snack = Apple and 10 almonds

Dinner = Salmon, mixed steamed vegetables, brown rice, slice of cantaloupe

Add more or take away depending on the calories you need. Never go under 1200 cal. You should have your calories calculated for you.  Drink water, water and more water.... Good luck!
