Right now I have a fitness bucket list hanging next to my computer in the living room/gym. I am going to try and remember to get a white board to hang up for monthly goals.
I use See Me Get Fit app..I take my measurements, pictures and record my progress. I like seeing the line graph go down as I lose weight.. If it goes up I can see my notes on what I did that day and how I felt.
I just have mfp! and I keep an excel spreadsheet of my weigh ins and goals. I think if I had a board hung up, I'd want to put my weight loss graph on there
